Pruritis： 如何应对痒

1. Gentle skin care： regular use of moisturizers and occlusives, avoiding hot baths and showers, avoiding harsh soap, and use of air humidification.
2. If a primary skin lesion is present, topical corticosteroids （皮质激素） should be used. Note: 尽量用中低强度的激素。面部尤其要避免高强度激素。
3. Oral antihistamines： such as Benadryl (OTC). Be aware of sedation. 

Ankle Sprain: 脚崴了怎么办

Ankle Sprain 分为两种： 内崴和外崴。 多数是因为内崴。

程度分为I，II，III级。
I级为轻微：没有韧带拉伤，表现为痛。
II级为部分韧带拉伤，会有痛，淤血，不太能承重。
III级为重度：韧带完全断裂，或有骨折，痛，有淤血，不能承重。

脚崴了后，应该自我检测踝关节，如有按压痛，要立即去急诊拍片以排除骨折。 若自我判断为II，III级，均要立即去急诊。

 I，II级的保守治疗可简括为PRICE。
P： Protect Ankle，不要承重。
R： Rest Ankle，不要过分活动踝关节。
I： Ice， 冰敷。
C： Compression， 上绷带。
E： Elevation， 抬高患脚。

Hippocratic Oath

I swear by Apollo, the healer, Asclepius, Hygieia, and Panacea, and I take to witness all the gods, all the goddesses, to keep according to my ability and my judgment, the following Oath and agreement:
